Q: What are the postage and packing costs?

There is a £ 3.75 postage and packing charge per frame ordered. Glasses are sent 1st class via standard Royal Mail packet post. Our packages fit through most letter boxes and you do not have be home to receive them. Special delivery can be requested at a cost of £ 6.50. If you buy more than one pair of glasses you can benefit from free delivery!

Q: What are the available methods of payment?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, personal cheques, postal orders, NHS and Accor vouchers.

Q: Is the payment page secure?

Our payment system uses HSBC’s secure on-line credit card payment services which is secured with 128bit SSL. Our SSL – enabled web server is enhanced with128-bit encryption from Newnet. SSL is the leading security protocol on the internet. If you right-click on the payment page, go to properties and look at the web address, you will see that it is an https://page over a secure server.

Q: Do you accept NHS Glasses Vouchers?

NHS Optical Vouchers.

We want to offer our customers the best service. To help us do this we are now able to accept NHS Optical vouchers. To ensure that that you receive the best service, please let us know the type and value of your voucher when you place your order in the normal way, following the online ordering process and we will charge you the full amount for the glasses you choose. Upon receipt of your glasses, you will need to sign the declaration on the back of the voucher form to say that you have received them and then send the voucher form to us. Once we have received your completed voucher form we will refund to the lesser of (i) the price of the voucher or (ii) the cost of the glasses by crediting your debit/credit card.

Eyecare Vouchers

This operates in a similar way as NHS Vouchers. Simply tell when you place your order that you wish to use an Eyecare Voucher and follow the online order process. Once you have ordered your glasses simply send the Eyecare voucher to us. Upon receipt of your voucher we will refund you the lesser of (i) the price of the voucher or (ii) the cost of the glasses by crediting your debit/credit card.
