Q: What do I do to place an order with Eurospex Direct?

All you need to order with us is your prescription. Your optician must by law provide you with a copy of your prescription and he should not insist or imply that you must buy your glasses from him. Have you eyes tested and bring us your prescription and save !

Q: How do I obtain my prescription?

Your local optician is obliged by law to give you a clear legible copy of your prescription following an eye test and you should not feel under pressure to purchase your spectacles from that store. We recommend that you also ask your optician to include your pupillary distance or PD as it is sometimes called in your prescription. However we can also tell you how you can measure your PD. See FAQ below on What is pupillary distance (PD) and how to obtain it.
