We are happy to give customers a trial service. For home trial you may order up to 3 pairs at a time only from the standard or semi-rimless or the bendable range. To cover the labour, postage, and packing costs we charge a payment of £ 3.75 per pair of trial frames which will be charged to your credit/debit card.

This payment is not refundable once you place an order with us. This service is available by clicking on the “Try at home” within the product pages.

The trial frame will be dispatched to you with a pre-paid return envelope. Trial frames must be returned to us within 14 days, otherwise we will charge your credit card the price as listed on the website.

We can also do a trial at home on the Designer range. Simply tick the box in the product page for trial at home. A non-refundable charge of £ 10 is made to cover postage, packaging and handling.

We take a deposit equal to the price of your glasses at checkout which is fully refundable in the event that you decide not to purchase.
